Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders. From the moment the order leaves our denim atelier, delivery takes 1-2 days in The Netherlands. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery in Europe. Shipping outside of Europe can take up to 16 days depending on the country.  All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Exchanges & Returns

If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. Unworn items may be returned within 30 days after the shipping date, with the tags attached. If you wish to exchange a product, we kindly ask you to email us your size and we will reserve it for you (providing the item is in stock). Please follow the return instructions included in the package.

Warranty

All Philipe George jeans are eligable for a two-year care warranty. If your PG jeans are in need of maintenance, feel free to contact our team for a touch-up.

When you place an order with Philipe George, we collect personal information. We ask you for your first and last name, your email address and phone numbers, home address, shipping address and your date of birth. In addition to this information, we also may gather the IP address you use to connect to our site. All of these details allow us to process your order and let you know the status of your order.
